Clivic owns property in the dock district of Dunthrane known as The Ice House. This is a fairly grand, if somewhat run down, merchant premises was once the headquarters of thriving business supplying blocks of ice to homes and businesses to keep the food fresh during the summer months. After a magical source of keeping foodstuff preserved was introduced the demand for ice dried up putting the previous owner of the Ice House out of business.
