The name Order of the Dragonmarks was thought up between the group when an important event happened in Crowhallow. During an intense shared dream the group were each branded/tattoed on their chest with a different symbol linked to Klondike's a facial scar. In the dream, they were staring at a group of known creatures that are of evil origin. One creature, an intense blue dragon, had been sitting above the group in what looked to be a commanding position and this was taken to be the leader of this band of evil creatures.
They have also found out that each tattoo has a different power and when using it, a ring-wave of harmless transparent energy emits from Klondike and the tattoos would not only burn but have some temporary effects if used too much. Clivic has taken it upon himself to look into these powers and effects in greater detail. Sometimes having Klondike sit for long periods of time while he would try experiments investigating their origin.
